Mobile is the only platform that lets us reach customers before, during and after their visit.
We used mobile in multiple ways to help fans engage with, learn about and even connect with one another via their phones. We gamified the experience with a PUSH! + Play GAME that challenged them to compete with friends, developed a companion app that introduced the hundreds of new flavor combinations, used geo-location services to help users find machines, and leveraged SMS to help them share coupons with each other.
