Chief Intelligence Officer
Jack leads T3’s data-driven practices, including data science, loyalty and CRM across T3 clients. Trained in particle astrophysics, he started his marketing career recognizing that marketing events had similar characteristics to particle events and built marketing attribution models off that insight.
Jack joined T3 from Manifest, where he was Chief Intelligence Officer. He led data science, strategy and media practices to drive growth for clients by leveraging data to extend customer-brand relationships across all touchpoints and channels. Jack also served as VP of Data Science at Razorfish where he helped pioneer attribution models across online and offline sales channels. He helped create the My Special K program which combined an app with a customer community to help people set and reach lifestyle goals. The program increased sales for Special K and all Kellogg’s products. Jack’s brand experience also includes launching loyalty programs for Pampers and Miller High Life.
