Pfizer

Pfizer is the world’s largest research-based bio-pharmaceutical company. T3 was appointed in 2009 to promote the Pfizer Primary Care Insights Practice, an internal initiative to drive greater customer understanding. The campaign involved a range of training support materials, including a practitioner’s guide and leader video, awareness-raising environment tactics, a website and the design of an ideation workspace/meeting room. T3 has also shot and produced documentaries supporting the company’s Patient-Centered Medical Home pilot project.

Pfizer: Patient-Centered Medical Homes

Pfizer came to T3 to promote the success of the New Hampshire “Patient Centered Medical Home” (PCMH) pilot. PCMH is an approach to Primary Care that facilitates a greater partnership between patients, their healthcare providers and the caregiver.

T3 shot and produced documentaries which enabled the many disparate parties involved from the patient, to the healthcare professional, to the caregiver, to the payer to talk candidly and inspiringly about how PCMH positively impacted them.

Pfizer: Customer Insights

T3 was appointed in November 2009 to promote the Pfizer Primary Care Insights Practice, an internally focused initiative serving to bring Pfizer strategies closer to their customers.

The campaign involved a range of training support materials such as a Practitioners Guide, a series of awareness raising environment tactics such as elevator and mirror clings, the creation of a Customer Insights Practice website and the design of an ideation workspace/room, amongst others.
