Jennifer Mollo

Jennifer has a knack for leading, whether it's spearheading a team that spans the globe or keeping multi-agency models focused on the best plan rather than ownership of pieces.

Jennifer brings 14 years of experience to the table, and with it, a compassion that makes her deft at growing and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal account teams. She's been a key part in building personalized communications across multiple channels, consistently delivering big results.

At T3, Jennifer is responsible for overall account service and client management in the agency's Austin office. Prior to joining T3, Jennifer worked for industry-leading companies such as Starwood Hotels and Resorts, MasterCard International and Atari. She's managed award-winning loyalty programs, implemented Web site redesigns, launched one of the first Fortune 500 corporate blogs, and created introductory marketing programs for iconic video games. Never one to settle for the status quo, her success is a result of continually pushing the boundaries while never shifting the focus away from the best interest of her clients.

Jennifer made the switch to the agency lifestyle after spending the majority of her career on the client side. Having worked on both sides of the equation, Jennifer's greatest weapon is her expert sense of walking the thin line where consumer needs and client objectives converge.
