T3 President Speaks at Prominent iMedia Summit

December 01, 2004

Gay Warren Gaddis, president and CEO of T3 (The Think Tank), an integrated marketing services firm with offices in Austin, Texas and New York, has been invited to participate as a panelist at the iMedia Summit, "Building on Success and Managing Expectations for 2005," Dec. 5-8 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Gaddis will join Fred Rubin, partner and director, iDeutsch and directDeutsch, and Richard Notarianni, executive creative director, media, EURO RSCG New York, in the panel session "Agency of the Future," moderated by Doug Weaver, president, Upstream Group.

"Agencies of the future are going to be driven by accountability," Gaddis said. "It's pushing us into more research and development and looking into new technology and tracking. We formed an in-house research and development unit called T3 Labs that will inject new technologies into our marketing plans. We have to be prepared to address new audiences."

The semi-annual iMedia Summits are industry leading events where media buyers and sellers meet, discuss, collaborate, and conduct business. Attended by more than 100 executives from the top interactive media spending agencies, each summit represents more than $2 billion in annual interactive media spending.

"Big ideas have always driven the interactive evolution, and will be even more important in the future," said Tom Lynch, head of online marketing, ING. "iMedia has been a long-time catalyst for the big ideas that have got us to where we are today, and continues to be that catalyst going forward. iMedia attracts the best and brightest and provides a variety of dynamic forums for the birth and dissemination of the ideas and insights required for success."

The Summit will combine interactive sessions, panel discussions, working groups, networking and recreation time.

Previous keynote speakers have included Ian Beavis, senior vice president marketing, Mitsubishi; Peter Gardiner, partner/chief media officer, Deutsch Inc.; Scott Donaton, editor, Advertising Age; and Mike Kelly, president, AOL Networks.

"With a great reputation for holding excellent events and attracting top professionals, I look forward to collaborating and building strong relationships at iMedia," said Gaddis.
