MediaPost Selects T3's Kirk Drummond as Online All Star

September 26, 2006

MediaPost Communications recently recognized Kirk Drummond, vice president of creative and innovation at T3 (The Think Tank), as one of three creative winners in its Online All Stars competition.

The creative Online All Stars were awarded for excellence in online advertising and overall vision in the digital space. Peter Kang, digital creative director, Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles and Hillary Evans, creative director-digital, Brand Buzz/Y&R Brands, were also honored in this category.

"Kirk provides a good balance of innovative thinking with practical application," said Tom Previ, Marriott director of marketing communications. "He understands the big picture and provides interactive marketing solutions that always reflect client need."

In addition to winners in the creative field, the competition recognized professionals in media and marketing.

"We chose people who were proponents of online marketing before it was cool and who understand how to integrate online with offline media," said Tobi Elkin, MediaPost executive editor. "They continue to grow and learn about the latest digital media platforms and features, and inspire those around them to do great work."

Award recipients were celebrated at the Online All Stars reception Sept. 25 at New York's Marriott Marquis and will be profiled in the October issue of MediaPost's OMMA magazine.
