Sponsored by the Women's Student Association at the Harvard Business School, this annual conference brought together over 1,000 women to explore the opportunities and challenges facing women in today's business world.

Gay participated on a panel that focused on how to create and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities. Other speakers from the conference included professionals from Dell, Kraft, NBC Universal, Proctor & Gamble and Marriott.
