Presented by the Women's Student Association at the Harvard Business School, the 19th annual conference brings together over 900 participants to explore the opportunities and challenges facing women in today's business world.

Gay Gaddis will speak alongside executives from JPMorgan Chase, The National Transportation Safety Board and JFH Insights LLC on the communications panel, "The Common Law of Communications: Communication Roles Across Industries". They will discuss the common trends that made them successful in their respective industries and how these skills are transferable across fields, outlining the unwritten rules of effective communications.
