Gay Gaddis is CEO and Founder of T3, the largest woman-owned independent advertising agency in the country. Founded in 1989, T3 has approximately 200 employees nationwide and more than $300 million in capitalized billings. Recently recognized by Forrester Research as one of the top five innovation agencies in the world, T3 specializes in creative, technology-based work for top brands such as UPS, Allstate, and 7-Eleven.
An active spokesperson and writer, Gay is a regular contributor to Forbes, part of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Insider Network and a frequent guest on Bloomberg Television. She has received numerous awards and honors including Fast Company’s “Top 25 Women Business Builders”, Inc. Magazine’s “Top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year,” C200’s Luminary Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence and she was most recently named EY’s “Entrepreneur Of The Year” for the Central Texas region.
Gay is currently Chairman of C200, a top women’s business organization founded with the purpose of advancing women’s leadership in business. She serves on the Board of Directors of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: TYPE), the Global Advisory Board of the Womensphere Foundation and is an advisor to TeXchange. Gay is also a member of the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) as well as AWNY (Advertising Women of New York.) In 2015, Gay was appointed the first female Chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council.
