Press Releases
Interactive creative agency T3 recently partnered with The Original Arizona Jean Company to debut a new apparel Web site, azjeans.com. The site represents a new marketing approach for the Company and includes a line of denim and casual clothes designed for teens 15-19 years old.
Knowing that the average teen spends much of their time socializing, shopping and browsing online, T3 worked to make the Web site the hub of the brand. As a result, the site allows teens to not only buy clothing online, but also deepen their engagement with the brand.
To support the site's kick-off and build azjeans.com's community, T3 created a number of interactive experiences to further bring the brand to life online including:
• A preview Web site featuring a slideshow 'look book” with upcoming azjeans.com styles and behind-the-scenes video of the fall style shoot.
• Downloadable buddy icons and wallpapers.
• Feature to design your own jean pocket.
• Customizable Holiday e-cards.
• Opportunity to enter to win Fashion4Good sweepstakes.
• Tunable AZ Radio with music by recording artist Carey Ott.
"Teens today are managing every aspect of their life online, including the brands that they know and love,” said Dan Leung, Chief Merchant, The Original Arizona Jean Company. "azjeans.com is encouraged by the enthusiasm from the youth market and will continue to deliver compelling merchandise as well as an interactive community to help them connect with one another.”
In addition, T3 developed online advertising, and an e-mail program. The agency also developed a social networking campaign, a critical communication vehicle for the teen audience. Components included a sponsored group on Facebook, branded Yahoo! IMVironment and MySpace "The Fit” sponsorship.
"We wanted to capture the down-to-earth, but up-to-date spirit of the clothing,” said Kate Donaho, T3 group creative director. azjean.com's tagline, 'You belong in Arizona,' reflects that every customer can and does 'fit in' and we wanted to build an online experience to reflect that message.”
T3 will continue to manage the experiential components of azjeans.com as well as the continued marketing support.
