As T3 continues to experience significant growth, the agency announced the advancement of Kate Donaho and Chris Wooster to Group Creative Director positions. Donaho will lead the JCPenney, UPS and Valero accounts at T3. Wooster will oversee Marriott and MTV.
"Both Kate and Chris have made amazing contributions to our clients and the agency at creative, strategic and management levels," said Jay Suhr, T3 senior vice president of creative services and account planning. "With these two promotions we are ensuring that we have the right creative talent dedicated to meet our clients' growing needs."
Donaho has been with T3 for nine years working on JCPenney, i3 Research, Dell and a host of other accounts. Wooster joined T3 in March as an associate creative director from Mullen in Wenham, Mass. At Mullen, Wooster was vice president, associate creative director, managing interactive creative, copywriting and information architecture on Panera Bread, Eddie Bauer, H&R Block and General Motors, among others.
With a staff of 220, T3 now has four creative groups serving clients in its Austin, New York and San Francisco offices. Rather than being divided between traditional, digital and direct disciplines, each creative group is responsible for developing integrated campaigns that take advantage of the unique capabilities of each medium.
"T3's think tank approach has always been focused on the idea, not the medium it runs in," Suhr said. "As a result, our Group Creative Directors are incredibly complete thinkers - shaping concepts that help brands and customers connect at all levels."
T3 was recently identified as the fifth fastest-growing advertising agency by billings and one of the top 29 independent agencies in the nation in ADWEEK's 24th Annual Agency Report Cards Top 100 Agencies list published in April.
