leegLee Gaddis is chief operating officer at T3, where he’s always on the prowl for great ideas. His passion for the future pushed T3 into the Internet, emerging media and advanced analytics – well ahead of the curve. He also knows how to get his hands dirty. A man of varied interests, including Longhorn ranching, he’s affectionately called the “Minister of Destruction” for his ability, and willingness, to find weak spots or unseen opportunities in a client’s business or in our plans.

Jay SuhrJay Suhr is chief creative officer at T3. He’s been in advertising long enough to have appreciated his first IBM Selectric typewriter (with correcting ribbon!), first desktop PC (amber monochrome monitor, MS-DOS), first Mac, first notebook and the avalanche of all the firsts brought on by digital platforms and technology.

BrianNBryan Noguchi is T3’s executive media director. A born problem solver who’s not afraid to surround himself with excellence or go into uncharted waters for smart solutions, he approaches every media buy as a chance to demonstrate the agency’s commitment to understanding the client’s business. A fly fisherman of some repute, he applies the same subtle touch to his media work.

richm1Rich Malley is a senior copywriter at T3, where he’s worked on accounts ranging from the U.S. Department of Education to Dell.
